How do you communicate during a deal?
Proactively, and in whatever way works for you: call, text, or email. I'll give you milestone updates so you always know where the loan stands, and I flag any issue early instead of springing it on you at closing. You and your client hear the same story from me. No mixed messages, no surprises at the table.
Do you co-market with agents?
Yes, within the rules. I'm happy to explore compliant co-marketing that helps both of us serve clients better, like shared educational content or co-branded materials where allowed. What happens when a client gets declined elsewhere?
Send them my way. A 'no' from another lender or a builder's lender isn't always the end of the story. I take a fresh look, figure out what went sideways, and see if there's a path forward.
