My story
I didn't start in mortgages. I started as a national new-construction sales manager, running 12 locations across 5 states. After that I worked in real estate, and then I moved into lending. That path means I understand the whole transaction, not just the loan. I've sat in every seat at the table, so I can see the deal the way you do, and the way the other side does too.
I'm servant-first, and I mean it. My goal is to leave you better off than I found you, so you say "thank you, Niko" when you make that payment, not "damn you, Niko." That's the whole philosophy. I lead with education on YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram, so people trust me before we ever talk. By the time we get on the phone, you already know I'm here to help, not to sell you.
